Local Rule


Determination of Historics and Monthly data Release to HNDCAB

  • Slots are eligible for historical precedence when a series of slots cleared by JSC have been operated by that air carrier for at least 80% of the time during the scheduling period (WSG 6.8.1.1 & 6.10.7).
  • Further to the guidelines of WSG, following local rules apply for the determination of which historical slots;
  • Slots held on file by JSC before monthly data release to HNDCAB will be used as the basis for determination of historics.

(Example of Calculation of historical slots)

Initially 22 flights allocated by JSC
→ 2 flights cancellation at JSC <22-2=20>
→ 5 flights cancellation at HNDCAB <20-0=20>
15 Operation<22-2-5> ÷20Flights<22-2> filed at JSC = 75%
